Trading Places has been awarded the management service contract for the 75 unit timeshare resort in Park City Utah. The timeshares are comprised of studio, one, two and three bedroom units. The company will manage reservations, exchanges, rentals and resales for the resort community.

Vice president of Trading Places, Douglas L. Wilcox said, "We're very excited about the addition of this popular property to round out our Park City offerings, and further strengthen our western US presence."

The Sweetwater Lift Lodge is right off the end of the slopes of Utah's largest winter resort, Park City Mountain, which offers 87 ski runs. The resort has been recently refurbished and now boasts a pool, walking distance to the slopes, lots of parking and even barbecues for use. The resort is also quite close to three championship golf courses in the area.

Trading places has been in the timeshare industry for 33 years. It is vertically integrated and provides a full service resort and timeshare administration package. It currently oversees the properties of more than 45 000 timeshare buyers at different locations around the country.
