Grand Pacific MarBrisa Resort which is an upscale vacation ownership project in Carlsbad, Calif is presently undergoing development. The 350-room property which will be managed by Hilton Grand Vacation Co. is being developed and owned by Grand Pacific Resorts Inc.

MarBrisa is located just about thirty minutes from San Diego and it will occupy a 41-acre parcel with direct access to the popular Legoland destination, and across from the City of Carlsbad’s new championship golf course.
