Stormy Point Village Timeshare community has just added a new four million dollar club house to the community.

The Cape Cod style village near Branson was opened by VPG Partners Ltd. In June 2005 and boasts 60 Cape Cod style cottages, with another 15 currently in construction.

The club house was finished on March 1st and with its 13 000 square feet of space offers amenities like a heated indoor pool, meeting spaces, gift shop, a sauna and health club, and an entertainment center with $25 000 in video game equipment.

There is also an outdoor pool and 70 foot lighthouse next to the clubhouse.

Many of the cottages have been purchased by Festiva Resorts, a timeshare resort management company based out of NJ. They reported that timeshare sales at Stormy Point were 38 million in 2006 and are expected to reach 40 million by the end of this year.

Each 1400 square foot Stormy Point cottage comes with two or three bedrooms and are decorated in a nautical theme. The exteriors are between one of five color schemes

The design for the cottages was provided by Stephen Busch and Allen Johnson is the architect for the village. The project has been financed out of the First Community Bank in Branson.
