Rudding Park is to use the award winning Maestro PMS programming to automate its operation. Maestro will automate the front office, timeshare, Golf tee time and work order systems and the ResEze internet bookings system.

The system will be implemented in four stages, and the management hopes that improved technology will create a more guest focused and efficient model for the business. The system will allow for more accurate accounting and tracking data and the system should also increase staff productivity. The quality of service and training provided by Maestro was mentioned as a factor in the decision to use the Maestro PMS system.
Maestro can also centralize a variety of unique systems on a single database, and this was another deciding factor for the luxury golf resort. The system should allow the hotel to personalize the service to better match the needs of all its unique luxury hotel guests.
