The launch of the first Private Residence Club to be built in the Middle East was announced today by representatives of IFA Hotels and Resorts (IFA HR). The community will be called Fairmont Heritage Place, Kingdom of Sheba and will join the Kingdom of Sheba resort that already covers more than 140,000 square meters on the Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai.
The Managing Director of IFA HR, Talal Jassim Al-Bahar, said of the project, "We're excited about bringing Fairmont Heritage Place to the Middle East, and in particular about introducing such an innovative ownership product to our largest development. We're also delighted that we have been able to continue our relationship with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, growing what is already an impressive international portfolio for both companies. We have no doubt that the Fairmont Heritage Place, Kingdom of Sheba will become the most exclusive Private Residence Club in Dubai and in the region."
50 homes will be offered as part of the development each with 1/10th fractions available for sale. Purchasers of the fractions will be entitled to at least a full 28 days of residency in either their selected home or another property in the community. Owners will also be offered unlimited use of any previously non-booked vacancies.

The services Moriarty eluded to include 24-hour concierge and room service; private beach access, swimming pool, and beautiful gardens. Owners can also look forward to exclusive access to an Owner's Lounge, exercise room, international delicatessen and coffee shop, an Internet and video game lounge and more.
