Sell My Timeshare NOW, a timeshare resale company based in New Hampshire, has enjoyed a year of increased growth due the increased popularity of timeshare ownership.

To date, offers for purchase or leasing of timeshares is up 23% for Sell My Timeshare NOW. The rise in number is proof that vacationers are starting to notice the distinct benefits to timeshare ownership.

"Timeshare owners typically express satisfaction with their purchase," says Jason Trembley, founder of Sell My Timeshare NOW, "ARDA research shows that 80.3 percent are satisfied owners, and over 75 percent say owning a timeshare has increased their anticipation for upcoming vacations.

Although 80.3 percent satisfaction is a pretty high number, calculations will show that leaves about 871,000 people who might be in the market to sell their timeshare.
