John Palmer, age 57, was sent back to prison for the second time. Palmer was sent back to Spain after being arrested when he arrived in the Canary Islands,

flying from Britain last week.
 
The charges being investigated include fraud surrounding nonexistent real estate on the Canary Island and a whole slew of alleged charges in Spain including

bribery, arms possession, issuing threats, forging credit cards and passports, money-laundering, drug-trafficking, corruption and ordering acts of violence.
 
His first sentence of five years in prison resulted from a conviction concerning £78 million in fraud in regards to land in Tenerife.
