Timeshares123.com operates an online classifieds at www.timeshares123.com which is specific to timeshares for sale and timeshares for rent. New Rates Announced and High Traffic Levels

In the two weeks since the announcement of the launch of the Timeshares123.com website, there have been 275 new timeshares listed in the timeshare classifieds. That average of 20 new listings per day far exceeded the initial estimates of 4 new listings per day. The website has also experienced much higher than expected traffic, with over 212,000 hits and almost 70,000 page views in just the past two weeks. "The high level of traffic from new customers, and from our competitors, validates that our timeshare classifieds website is cutting edge and much needed," noted Crago. Due to the strong demand, the introductory period for timeshare promotions that allows people to post their timeshare listing for free will end on Monday, November 10, 2008. Any listing that is added prior to November 10th will remain free. People adding timeshare classified listings as of November 10th will be charged an introductory rate of $25 for a 12 month listing. All listings will come with email alerts, text message alerts, the ability to add one picture, and many other self-serve features. For an additional fee of $15, customers may add up to 5 additional pictures. Customers can also make their listing a "featured listing" for an additional fee of $15. For customers with 50 or more active timeshare listings, special discounts and a personalized page with just their listings will be provided upon request.
