Grand Timber Lodge and Gold Point are teaming up to create a new timeshare resort—Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

Reports confirm that sales of the timeshare units are up by 10 percent compared to last year. Rob Millisor, co-owner of the resort, says that February 2009 has been one of their best months ever, in terms of pre-construction sales.

Grand Lodge is a three-phase property that is scheduled for completion in 2010. Phase one units will be ready for occupancy by the end of May 2009, and is currently approaching sell-out. Phase two, will be completed by December this year and about 35 percent of the units have already been sold. Lastly, the third phase is scheduled for completion on December 2010 with additional construction work sometime between 2011 and 2013.

When the resort is complete, it will have 114-two bedroom timeshare units and four one-bedroom timeshare units.
