Visions of the World—a timeshare resales company—was one of the many companies that attended TATOC (Timeshare Association) conference last weekend at Warrington, England. One of the main topics discussed during the conference was timeshare resales, including unpaid maintenance fees and an ageing owner base.

Visions of the World has made a strong commitment to offer the timeshare resale seller more options through the company’s network of relationships. The company has set-up meetings with developers to unveil a new business model: Developer Timeshare Resales Initiative. This model is designed to meet the challenging demands of the modern-day timeshare developer.

The company will also attend the ARDA (American Resort Development Association) conference scheduled on March 29.
