Timeshare Broker Services, the fee-based timeshare brokerage division of Sell My Timeshare Now, continues to record successful numbers in the timeshare resale market despite the recession.

In 2008, Timeshare Broker Services closed sales on more than $12 million worth of timeshare resales. This year, the number of timeshares sold has increased by 10 percent compared to the 2008 base year.

“Last year we sold over 900 timeshare resales at Timeshare Broker Services, and we took our commissions after the sale on each one of them,” said Dan Nadeau, managing director at Timeshare Broker Services. “This attests to the strength, integrity, and customer-centric services of our company, and bears out the fact that we provide a much-needed service in the timeshare industry today.”

Sell My Timeshare Now—the parent company of Timeshare Brokerage Services—is an online timeshare resales and rental advertising company. The parent company has high internet visibility, which enhances the outreach of Timeshare Brokerage Services.

“We actually sell timeshare! Averaging roughly twenty timeshare sales each week, we have grown to three offices, sixteen agents, and representatives in Tampa, Orlando, and New Hampshire,” attests Nadeau.

He says that the company has expansion plans for the city of Orlando—home to many timeshare units. Timeshare specialists from the Timeshare Brokers Services will in Orlando later this month to take part in the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) National Convention and Exposition.
