Despite an unfavorable economy, Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshares is continuing expansion plans.
Recently, the company introduced new resorts in Wisconsin, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Vermont. Holiday Inn Club Vacations show no signs of stopping as the company seems unphased by the economic conditions.
“We’re excited to include Ascutney Mountain Resort as the fourth Holiday Inn Club Vacations property as part of our alliance with Orange Lake, with our fifth and sixth resorts joining the brand in April,” commented Christian Hempell, vice president of Holiday Inn Club Vacations.
The company’s latest resort—Holiday Inn timeshare at Ascutney Mountain—is the only ski resort in the company’s portfolio. The resort is not just a winter destination. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a fitness center, an arcade and other amenities that are not limited to the winter season.
The expansion plans do not end there. The company is now seeking more properties in North America. Plus, Holiday Inn has announced that it is finalizing plans to construct a new flagship timeshare resort in Orlando that will have more than 2,000 units.
