The Marriott timeshare in St. Kitts Beach Club is now on its third phase of development.

This phase will add 22 timeshare villas to the property, which will have 88 timeshare villas when it is completed.

James M. Woelbern, the director of public relations for the Marriott Vacation Club International, said that the project is on schedule for the completion of the timeshares.

The president of the Marriott Vacation Club International, Stephen Weisz, said: “As St. Kitts continues to assert itself as an increasingly popular destination, we are pleased to offer more opportunities for our Owners and guests to experience the beauty of St. Kitts from the prime location of Marriott’s St. Kitts Beach Club.”

The new timeshare villas include two and three bedroom properties. Each property has plenty of space for family and friends with fully equipped kitchens, big living rooms, expansive dining areas, and a breathtaking balcony view.
