The new Fractional Property Guide, which launches in July 1, has been unveiled in preview mode to enable system checks and prospective advertisers to get a feel for the new service.
“Whilst there are several other excellent websites that provide property listings for fractional ownership, we have been compelled to produce ours through demand from our consumer magazine readership which reaches more than 42,000 prospective buyers each month,” said Paul Mattimoe, CEP of Perspective International.
Owners Perspective Magazine, which launched in print last January, has taken leaps and bounds to bring the timeshare industry to the public. In the last months, the publication has negotiated distribution deals with leading UK supermarkets, travel and property shows, hotels, and resorts.
Soon, the company will be adding airport lounges in the European region to increase its monthly readership.
“It is essential for us to continue to differentiate ourselves from competitors, and our offline reach is the key ingredient here,” said Mattimoe. “We don’t really base our online advertising platforms on ‘hits’ or ‘impressions’, we simply provide direct enquiry forms and let each advertiser monitor the return on their advertising spend with 100% quantifiable results.”
The Owners Perspective Magazine has bought more interest to the fractional ownership industry. As a result of the publication, readers have interacted with current advertisers for more information.
The Fractional Property Guide, which will be placed within the magazine’s website, is designed to use the high traffic from the magazine to provide highly targeted and product educated fresh purchase inquiries for fractional property developers.
It has online enquiry forms that will give consumers a chance to request for brochures, inspection visits, and inquire about available inventory.
