According to the Owners Perspective Magazine, 66 percent of its subscribers are interested in purchasing a timeshare.

A survey conducted by the magazine says that roughly one out of five readers is interested in fractional ownership property options. Perspective International’s chief executive officer Paul Mattimoe says that most new readers are unaware of fractionals.

However, when they read about its offerings, most readers prefer fractional ownership over whole ownership, said Mattimoe.

The survey also showed that 9 percent of the readers were interested in buying luxury vacation products with 5 percent saying they were lured by cruise products.
