In Portland, Wyndham Worldwide Co. has shelved plans to construct a 114-unit timeshare at the Pearl District.
The timeshare company and its partner, Opus Northwest, cancelled the planes for the six-story project due to economic reasons.
The project was proposed a year ago and it would have stood at the North side of Northwest Irving Street. The site is owned by Guardian Real Estate Services.
According to Kurt Schultz—an architect from Sera Architects—the project was put on hold last fall for economic reasons.
