This timeshare will allow vacationers to take part in five-year surfing, diving, and photography.

The new timeshare has been set up by Gavin McClurg, who also offers vacationers the chance to see humpback whales in the Polynesian seas.

“I'm not good at raising money or selling anything,” commented McClurg. “But people were falling over themselves. They thought: 'I need to do this. My life's going by.” 

Offshore Odysseys also offer its guests kite boarding, spear fishing, and paragliding.
