Marriott’s timeshare division recently launched a new resort at Singer Island.

Oceana Palms is located in the Palm Beaches of the Riviera. The oceanfront site used to be the location of Crowne Plaza hotel.

The first phase of the resort includes a 19-story tower that has 75 two-bedroom units. The timeshare has various amenities, including swimming pools, a restaurant, and a fitness center. Each timeshare has an estimated selling price of $35,000 a week, but can also be rented.

The new resort is Marriott’s second timeshare in Palm Beach County. The other one is Ocean Pointe, located at Palm Beach.

According to the developer, the second phase of the resort will have another 19-story tower, which will house 169 two-bedroom villas.
