Wyndham Worldwide Corp. will be launching a new timeshare property at National Harbor in Prince George’s County. It will be the only newly built property the company will open for the year.

The 250-room property opened last January 15. Wyndham said the property is already 75 percent sold out.

The grand opening of the timeshare will be on February 5.

According to reports, the timeshare property will have a $48.6 million economic impact on the region and it will create many jobs for people in the area.

The property is Wyndham’s second Washington-area timeshare.
