Wyndham Vacation Resorts recently opened a resort in National Harbor at Prince George’s County. And, to no surprise, the vacation facility is already 75 percent sold out.

While the 250-room resort has yet to be formally opened, consumers have already flocked to the buying lines.

Experts say that they expect the timeshare property to create more than $45 million for the local economy and it will also provide hundred of new employment opportunities.
The resort will be the only newly built property from the company for 2010.
