“The Convention was the place to be to witness and be part of the evolution in shared ownership,” summed Howard Nusbaum, president and CEO of ARDA. “Everywhere there was something new being talked about, exciting business opportunities being discussed. In the new business models forum I feel we were crafting the beginnings of new enhancements to the shared ownership product.”
