A company that offers timeshare memberships is being red-flagged by the Consumers Association of Singapore.

A total 137 customers have filed complaints about Worldex since its inception in 2008. 

Some of the questionable conditions include offering to purchase timeshare contracts from clients who have to wait 30-60 years before their payout from the company, including profit.

Some customers also claimed that they were charged extra consultation fees for several hundred dollars when they attended presentation at the Worldex office.
