David A. Siegel, the Orlando-based timeshare developer, is putting his 90,000-square-foot mansion on sale for $100 million.
It sells at around $11,200 per square foot, which makes it the most expensive residence ever listed in Central Florida.
The property is still not fully constructed. Upon completion, sources say that it will have 13 bedrooms and 23 full baths.
The design of the property is based on the architecture of the palace of Louis XIV of France in the 17th century.
The $100 million price stays if the buyer chooses a different theme for the property. However, if the buyer agrees to finish the mansion according to the original architectural plans, the price could drop down to as low as $75 million.
