Wyndham timeshare is changing its marketing and sales direction with the Towers on the Grove LLC for a North Myrtle Beach timeshare property. The condo/timeshare property has fully-furnished rooms available in studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom configurations.

Wyndham is the exclusive sales and marketing agent of the Towers on the Grove. The arrangement will start with 137 timeshare units and more will be added in the next three years.

These 187 timeshare units, which are sold or acquired by the company, will operate as a part of the club Wyndham plus portfolio of resorts.

The Towers on the Grove have a total of 232 units, 45 of which are fully-owned condos. Wyndham Vacation Ownership is now managing the property and is commencing sales and rentals.
