The Fractional Summit USA finished last week with a near sellout of delegate tickets.

Leaders from the timeshare and real estate industry were in attendance to discuss education, information exchange, and networking.

Hosted at the Intercontinental Miami Hotel, the event featured opening statements from Piers Brown, CEO of Fractional Life. The first day of the event also included Fractional 101, cocktails, business card swaps, and a Zacapa Rum tasting event.

The second day featured a keynote address from Byrne Murphy, head of Kitebrook Partners. Insights and expertise were shared by respective industry leaders during the day.

During the course of the conference, insights were shared and new networks were established, making it a big success for the timeshare and real estate industry.
