Orange Lake Resorts, home to the famed Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshare, has streamlined 120 positions as it tries to survive tough economic conditions.

The company says that it will remove most of its concierge locations, where employees usually book timeshare tours.  

The move follows the current trend in the timeshare industry—more efficient sales methods. With constrained financing, most companies are saving their pitch for customers who are most likely to buy.
