A labor union, which is in negotiations with the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort and Spa in Waikiki, has created a website that criticizes timeshare sales of the company.
Unite Here Local 5 says that the site will provide information about taxes, fees, construction, labor disputes, and sales tactic for potential buyers.
More than 1,000 employees walked off the job for five days last October due to difficult negotiations with the company. The union also staged protests at the hotel.
As of press time, Hilton has yet to release a statement on the issue
