Orlando police once again raided a timeshare sales operation center. M & L Marketing Concepts has been labeled by police as a "total scam" and is the third organization to be stormed by the police in just one month. Police officials say they were specifically looking for a couple of persons, namely Lisa Canada and Max Chilson.

Agents from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services joined the police in raiding the location. The organization reportedly operated at two locations along South Magnolia Avenue not far from Central Boulevard. Meanwhile, police officials admit that it's no wonder that fraudulent timeshare businesses are sprawling especially with the weak market.

According to a report by police investigators, around 24 people were found to be working in the location and were responsible for collecting around $80,000 each week through contacting troubled timeshare owners. In exchange for a $500-$7,000 up-front payment was requested for immediate sale of their timeshare properties.
