It's no secret that with the kind of hustle and bustle now going on at 8601 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway in Texas, the vacant 1320 unit complex's new owners are busy at reviving the establishment. City officials explain that early in 2010, they had to help residents of the complex find new homes after its owner incurred almost $50,000 in utility debts.
City officials also state that apart from the unpaid water bill, GC Wealth Investment Groups also failed to deal with code violations being perpetrated at their property. Lying vacant and scheduled for city demolition, the new owners decided that the complex could be renovated and brought back into business.
Meanwhile, city officials in Texas confirm that the building is now being worked from the ground up, as evidenced by heating, air-conditioning and electric systems now being operational. Personnel are also working on upgrades for the complex's interior, roofing, landscaping, trees, balconies and railings.
