A Malaga Court has convicted 10 individuals for one of the biggest timeshare scams in the history of Spain. The scammers reportedly earned more than €3,000,000 from their victims in UK, France, and Germany.

A lawyer, who represented 159 victims, said that an agreement had been reached with the public prosecutor, wherein six of the accused scammers will spend two years in jail for fraud, while the other four will be imprisoned for a year for illegal association.

The scammers will pay more than €1,000 worth of fines and €500,000 to the victims.
