Along the Vietnamese coast, there are around 50 timeshare resorts and 10,000 villas for sale. Timeshares offer people vacation homes without the burden of taking out bank loans. During the economic downturn, these properties have become a great way to save on vacation expenses.

Reports say that Vietnamese timeshares have weathered the real-estate downturn, proving their worth to investors. And this has attracted more companies to the country.
