Be cautious when you sell your timeshare PDF Print E-mail
Written by TSD Staff

Are you trying to sell your timeshare through a resale company? Well, you better remember one thing: never pay an upfront fee for your sale—there’s no such thing!

This is how scammers operate. They call you and tell you they have a buyer for your timeshare. Then they ask for an upfront fee, and you never hear from them again.

When dealing with timeshare resale companies, double check its name with regulators to make sure it’s legit. Also, make sure to ask for the contract. If possible, have your lawyer run through it.

Just do your research and you’ll be able to sell that timeshare  of yours in no time.
