Three more individuals are facing charges in Illinois for a timeshare telemarketing scam, which is estimated to have conned $30 million from more than 20,000 victims across North America and Puerto Rico.
The latest suspects were from Universal Marketing Solutions and Creative Vacation Solutions. The authorities say that these companies pitched timeshare scams to unsuspecting victims.
Ryan Brazel, Steven Folan, and Brian Morris are accused of 12 counts of mail fraud and a single count of conspiracy. Reports claim that they worked with Jennifer Kirk, who pled guilty to her charges last June. As of press time, they could not be reached for comment.
