American Resort Development Association’s “Timeshare Fans” of the Month now features Hilton Grand Vacations.

The series, which is now in its second installment, lets owners explain why they’re happy with their timeshare properties.

Hilton Grand Vacations polled its international owners while they were out on vacation. The company got positive feedback from owners in Hawaii, Hoover Dam, and New York City.

According to fan comments, investing in timeshare membership solves the problem of hotel costs during vacations. Membership perks allow some people to travel to several locations in just a single year.

During the recession, timeshare occupancy has performed much better than hotel occupancy. This is attributed to fewer expenses. However, some owners feel burdened by the monthly dues of owning a timeshare property.
